Eton Mess

Ingredients
  • 350g STRAWBERRIES
  • 6 MERINGUES
  • 200ml DOUBLE CREAM
  • 200g DORSET STRAINED YOGHURT
  • 2tbsp GOLDEN CASTER SUGAR
Method
  • Halve the strawberries and bash them lightly with a potato masher.

  • Break the meringues into large chunks, keeping the crumbs.

  • Whip the cream, Dorset Strained Yoghurt and caster sugar into soft clouds.

  • You can either layer the ingredients in 4 glasses or fold the yoghurt mixture, strawberries and meringues together and serve in a big bowl.
