Kick start your day with a banana almond flax smoothie

Ingredients
  • Large ripe banana 1
  • Almond milk 150ml
  • Fat Free Dorset Strained Yoghurt 75g
  • Ground flaxseed 1tbsp
  • Honey 1tsp
  • Almond extract 2-3drops
  • Ice cubes (optional) 4
Method
  • Peel the banana and cut into medium chunks.

  • Place into a blender along with the Fat Free Dorset Strained Yoghurt, ground flaxseed, honey and almond extract.

  • Blend until combined. Serve immediately.

  • For a more refreshing smoothie, add a couple of ice cubes when blending.
