Quick and tasty avocado chicken salad

Ingredients
  • Shredded chicken 230g
  • Avocado cut into small cubes 1
  • Mayonnaise 60g
  • Dorset Strained Yogurt 60g
  • Garlic powder 1/2tsp
  • Lime juice 2tsp
  • Fresh coriander 1tsp
  • Salt 1/2tsp
  • Pepper 1/2tsp
Method
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. If time permits, cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes or so to allow the flavours to blend together.

  • Serve on your favourite bread, wrap, pita pocket or on a bed of lettuce.
