Made with traditional starter cultures and techniques, Barber's Waxed Truckles are matured for 12 months before being packaged in black wax, as they have been for generations. It is full of flavour and character and has PDO status. The Barber family have been farming and producing high-quality cheddar cheese in the West Country since 1833 and we have been supplying them with milk since 2021.
