We skim the cream off milk produced by our free-range cows and ferment it with lactic bacteria. We then mature it for several days until the right depth of flavour is attained before churning it in small batches, hand kneading in sea salt and shaping.

Ingredients

Cream (Milk), 2% salt and live lactobacillus cultures. Suitable for Vegetarians.
