Avocado, Lime, Yoghurt and Dill Dressing

Ingredients
  • Fat Free Dorset Strained Yoghurt 180g
  • avocado 1
  • fresh lime juice 1 1/2tbsp
  • garlic 1clove
  • chopped fresh dill 3tsp
  • chopped fresh parsley 2tsp
  • chopped fresh chives 2tsp
  • onion powder 1/2tsp
  • olive oil 2tbsp
  • milk 5tbsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Method
  • Add all the ingredients except for the milk to a food processor. Pulse until blended, then add a tbsp of milk at a time until desired thickness is reached.

  • Serve immediately or keep refrigerated.
