- Fat Free Dorset Strained Yoghurt 180g
- avocado 1
- fresh lime juice 1 1/2tbsp
- garlic 1clove
- chopped fresh dill 3tsp
- chopped fresh parsley 2tsp
- chopped fresh chives 2tsp
- onion powder 1/2tsp
- olive oil 2tbsp
- milk 5tbsp
- Salt and pepper to taste

Add all the ingredients except for the milk to a food processor. Pulse until blended, then add a tbsp of milk at a time until desired thickness is reached.
