- Savory Tart Shell 10-in / 25cm
- Dorset Strained Yoghurt 250g
- Whole Milk 240ml

- feta 150g
- cooked broccoli, roughly chopped 150g
- walnuts, chopped 150g
- chopped parsley 1/2tsp
- nutmeg 2pinches

Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees C.

Combine the yoghurt, milk, eggs, nutmeg and parsley in a large mixing bowl to make the filling. Whisk together and season to taste.

In the (pre-baked) tart case, spread the broccoli and diced feta evenly before pouring the filling over it and sprinkling the walnuts on top.

Bake for 25-35 minutes in oven (until golden brown) and cool on wire rack.
