- Large ripe banana 1
- Almond milk 150ml
- Fat Free Dorset Strained Yoghurt 75g
- Ground flaxseed 1tbsp
- Honey 1tsp
- Almond extract 2-3drops
- Ice cubes (optional) 4
Peel the banana and cut into medium chunks.
Place into a blender along with the Fat Free Dorset Strained Yoghurt, ground flaxseed, honey and almond extract.
Blend until combined. Serve immediately.
For a more refreshing smoothie, add a couple of ice cubes when blending.
