We believe that natural, unprocessed food with a clear provenance is the best and healthiest kind of food.
When we started experimenting with kefir, we knew we wanted the thick creamy feel of our yoghurt to balance out the tang of the kefir fermentation, which is why we combined both yoghurt and kefir cultures to make a drinkable yoghurt kefir.
The result, according to the Great Taste judges, is “a bright, thick and clean looking kefir. It has a fabulous tang on the nose and a gentle fizz on the palate. The flavour is beautifully complex - creamy, grassy, with slight nuttiness and a citrus finish. There is a slight heaviness at the back of the mouth which lingers. A moreish and feel-good drink!”
