Avocado, Lime, Yoghurt and Dill Dressing

Ingredients
  • 180g FAT FREE DORSET STRAINED YOGHURT
  • 1 AVOCADO
  • 1 1/2tbsp FRESH LIME JUICE
  • 1 clove of GARLIC
  • 3tsp CHOPPED FRESH DILL
  • 2tsp CHOPPED FRESH PARSLEY
  • 2tsp CHOPPED FRESH CHIVES
  • 1/2tsp ONION POWDER
  • 2tbsp OLIVE OIL
  • 5tbsp MILK
  • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
Method
  • Add all the ingredients except for the milk to a food processor. Pulse until blended, then add a tbsp of milk at a time until desired thickness is reached.

  • Serve immediately or keep refrigerated.
