Broccoli, feta & walnut tart

  • Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees C.

  • Combine the yoghurt, milk, eggs, nutmeg and parsley in a large mixing bowl to make the filling. Whisk together and season to taste.

  • In the (pre-baked) tart case, spread the broccoli and diced feta evenly before pouring the filling over it and sprinkling the walnuts on top.

  • Bake for 25-35 minutes in oven (until golden brown) and cool on wire rack.
