Ingredients
- 350g STRAWBERRIES
- 6 MERINGUES
- 200ml DOUBLE CREAM
- 200g DORSET STRAINED YOGHURT
- 2tbsp GOLDEN CASTER SUGAR
Method

Halve the strawberries and bash them lightly with a potato masher.

Break the meringues into large chunks, keeping the crumbs.

Whip the cream, Dorset Strained Yoghurt and caster sugar into soft clouds.

You can either layer the ingredients in 4 glasses or fold the yoghurt mixture, strawberries and meringues together and serve in a big bowl.
