Ingredients
- 1 LARGE RIPE BANANA
- 150ml ALMOND MILK
- 75g FAT FREE DORSET STRAINED YOGHURT
- 1tbsp GROUND FLAXSEED
- 1tsp HONEY
- 2-3drops ALMOND EXTRACT
- 4 ICE CUBES (OPTIONAL)
Method

Peel the banana and cut into medium chunks.

Place into a blender along with the Fat Free Dorset Strained Yoghurt, ground flaxseed, honey and almond extract.

Blend until combined. Serve immediately.

For a more refreshing smoothie, add a couple of ice cubes when blending.
