Kick start your day with a banana almond flax smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 LARGE RIPE BANANA
  • 150ml ALMOND MILK
  • 75g FAT FREE DORSET STRAINED YOGHURT
  • 1tbsp GROUND FLAXSEED
  • 1tsp HONEY
  • 2-3drops ALMOND EXTRACT
  • 4 ICE CUBES (OPTIONAL)
Method
  • Peel the banana and cut into medium chunks.

  • Place into a blender along with the Fat Free Dorset Strained Yoghurt, ground flaxseed, honey and almond extract.

  • Blend until combined. Serve immediately.

  • For a more refreshing smoothie, add a couple of ice cubes when blending.
