Quick and tasty avocado chicken salad

Ingredients
  • 230g SHREDDED CHICKEN
  • 1 AVOCADO CUT INTO SMALL CUBES
  • 60g MAYONNAISE
  • 60g DORSET STRAINED YOGURT
  • 1/2tsp GARLIC POWDER
  • 2tsp LIME JUICE
  • 1tsp FRESH CORIANDER
  • 1/2tsp SALT
  • 1/2tsp PEPPER
Method
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. If time permits, cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes or so to allow the flavours to blend together.

  • Serve on your favourite bread, wrap, pita pocket or on a bed of lettuce.
