Ingredients
- 230g SHREDDED CHICKEN
- 1 AVOCADO CUT INTO SMALL CUBES
- 60g MAYONNAISE
- 60g DORSET STRAINED YOGURT
- 1/2tsp GARLIC POWDER
- 2tsp LIME JUICE
- 1tsp FRESH CORIANDER
- 1/2tsp SALT
- 1/2tsp PEPPER
Method

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. If time permits, cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes or so to allow the flavours to blend together.

Serve on your favourite bread, wrap, pita pocket or on a bed of lettuce.
