- 500g WHOLE MILK DORSET STRAINED YOGHURT
- 2 CLEMENTINE
- 4 CLOVES
- 2 CINNAMON STICKS
- 2tbsp HONEY
- 4tbsp BRANDY
Peel the zest from one of the clementines and juice both of them.
Combine the juice, the peel, cinnamon, cloves and honey into a saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer. Reduce until it turns into syrup (5-10 mins).
Sieve the mixture into a bowl and allow to cool.
Stir in the brandy and the strained yoghurt. Chill until ready to eat.
