Ingredients
- 400g DORSET STRAINED YOGHURT
- 1 LARGE CUCUMBER
- 4 GARLIC CLOVES
- 1tbsp CHOPPED FRESH DILL
- 1tbsp FRESH LEMON JUICE
- 1tbsp OLIVE OIL
- 1/2tsp SEA SALT
- 1/4tsp PEPPER
Method

Seed and grate the cucumber and peel and mince the garlic cloves.

Stir all ingredients together until combined. Taste and add seasoning if required.

Serve immediately. Can be refrigerate for up to 2 days.
