Tzatziki

Ingredients
  • 400g DORSET STRAINED YOGHURT
  • 1 LARGE CUCUMBER
  • 4 GARLIC CLOVES
  • 1tbsp CHOPPED FRESH DILL
  • 1tbsp FRESH LEMON JUICE
  • 1tbsp OLIVE OIL
  • 1/2tsp SEA SALT
  • 1/4tsp PEPPER
Method
  • Seed and grate the cucumber and peel and mince the garlic cloves.

  • Stir all ingredients together until combined. Taste and add seasoning if required.

  • Serve immediately. Can be refrigerate for up to 2 days.
